04. About ordering and OEM customization

23. Q: What is the MOQ?

A: The MOQ for regular order is the loading quantity of a 20-foot container of amodel (generally 500~700 units as per the model dimensions); Non-customizedorders, promotional models, or MOQs for specific models can be negotiated furtherly.

24. Q: How about the sample policy?
A: Free samples (7-10 days for regular   samples and 15-20 days for customized samples) are available upon the buyer confirms the interest with some model. And the international freight/courier cost of sample is borne by the buyer.

25. Q: What is the validity period and quotation terms?
A: The quotation is generally valid for 30 days, usually based on FOB NANSHA SEAPORT, CHINA, and other ports FOB quotation can be adapted considering the transport cost difference, CIF or other trade terms quotation can also be provided.
26. Q: What are the payment methods?
A: Generally T/T (T/T 30% in advance + 70% final payment after scanning the bill of lading) and L/C are commonly used, and other payment terms can be negotiated.

27. Q: Can I sign a formal purchase contract? What are the core terms of the contract?
A: It can be signed, including core terms such asproduct specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, quality standards, andafter-sales guarantee to protect the rights and interests of both parties.

28. Q: What’s the general delivery time for order shipment?Do you accept phased delivery or partial shipment?
A: Generally 25–45 days, depending on the order quantity and     customization requirements. Shipments can be shipped in batches according     to buyers' needs to match the sales planning.

29. Q: Is there a price discount for large quantities order ?

A: Yes, the larger the order, we can negotiate with the parts supplier for more competitive part prices based upon regular supply agreements.

30.   Q: Do you support exclusive agency cooperation?
A: Yes, we can negotiate together for regional exclusive agency andcorresponding supports.

31. Q: Do you accept OEM customized orders? What are the customizable factors ?

A: Yes, OEM customized orders are welcome. When the buyer'sorder quantity reaches the MOQ requirement, the following elements can becustomized according to the buyer's needs:

1.    Colourof the stand mixer housing (by Pantone color)

2.    SpeedControl type (Mechanical Knob/ Digital LCD/ Touchscreen LCD)

3.    Voltage110V–120V (50Hz/60Hz) or 220–240V(50Hz/60Hz) and plug style according to overseas client'scountry/market requirements

4.    Materialof accessories (dough hook, beater, whisk).

5.    CustomizedBrand LOGO, nameplate label, barcode/HS code label, instruction manual,packaging design of color box and outer carton, etc

32.   Q: Can Icustomize product specifications for large orders? For example, unified motortype or capacity?

A: Customized unified specifications (such as DC motorfor all models, and all with 6L capacity) can reduce the inventorymanagement cost of the buyer, and the customization cycle is 5-7 days more thanregular order.

33.   Q: Do you support labeling/packaging services requiredby e-commerce sellers (e.g., FBA)?
A: We can do FBA labeling and neutral packaging, but could not dodrop-shipping.

34. Q: Do you support ODM development and minor facelifts?     

A: Support customized development of product appearance or function (development cost and mold cost need to be   evaluated).

35. Q: Canbuyers customize the operation interface of the product? Such as in another language other than English?

A: Customizable, touch screen models can be in another languageother than English (such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Russian, etc.).

36. Q: Can you provide branding materials   (pictures/videos/product brochures)

A: We can provide high-resolution images, product videos and graphic kits.
