19.    Q: What certifications do you have? Can you provide a copy of the testreport and inspection certificate?
A: The CE and CB certificates are available according to the needs of thebuyer's country and cooperate with customers to obtain the respectivecertifications such as ETL, EAC, INMETRO, NOM, SASO, etc. Once the buyerconfirms his interest with some model, a copy of the required certification andtesting documents can be send to the customer.

20. Q: Is there a food contact material certification?

A: Material verification and test reports that meet the requirements of LFGB IN EU / FDAin North America (as per the material of the accessories) shall be passed to the buyer.

21. Q: What is your QC process before leaving the factory?

A: Production inspection, no-load test full   inspection of finished products, durability test, functional test sampling, can provide pre-shipment test report or assist customer to arrange third-party inspection (as agreed in the contract) according to customer requirements.

22. Q: Does the material meet environmental requirements (RoHS, etc.)?

A: Yes, the material can meet RoHS and related environmental standards.
