1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturing factory of household kitchen stand mixers located in Shunde, Foshan city, Guangdong province of China. Our products are designed and manufactured by us. In addition to motors, cables, belts and hardware (screws, gaskets, circlips, springs, etc.), all other plastic parts, aluminum die-casting parts, hardware parts (gears, steel shafts etc.) are developed by our molding, and we have intellectual property rights for all models of products.

2. Q: How long has your factory been established and do you have any export experience?

A: Our factory was established in 2014, focusing on the production of household stand mixers. The first model took the debut in China domestic market in 2014. In addition to sales in the Chinese domestic market, our stand mixer products are also exported to Europe, Asia and Latin America markets.

3. Q: Where is your factory location and main export port?

A: The factory is Located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, 40 kilometers away from Guangzhou City, 100 kilometers away from Shenzhen, the nearest commonly used export seaports are Nansha Port in Guangzhou and Yantian Port in Shenzhen, we can also deliver the goods to other seaports for export according to clients’ requirements.

4. Q: Do you accept third-party factory inspection?

A: Yes, the overseas client or the designated third-party agency are welcome to inspect our factory or do pre-shipment goods inspection.

5. Q: What is the stable production and delivery capacity?

A: The factory has a production capacity of 20,000~ 25,000 units/month, and we have stable mass production capacity and parts supply chain assurance for the existing product models.

6. Q: Can you provide company qualifications and related information?

A: Yes, we can provide business license, product certifications with test report and other information upon the buyer's request.
